Privacy Policy
This is a static site. That shapes almost everything below: there is no account system, no comment form, and no checkout, so there is very little for us to collect.
What we don't collect
- No accounts, no login, no user profiles.
- No comments section, so no submitted personal content.
- No newsletter signup form on the site, so no email list held by us.
- No payment processing — nothing is sold here.
If you email hello@dressingtime.com, we hold that message and your address for as long as it takes to answer it. We don't add correspondent addresses to a mailing list and we don't share them.
Analytics
No analytics scripts are currently running on this site. If analytics are enabled in future, it will be Google Analytics 4 with Consent Mode v2, configured so that analytics and advertising storage are denied by default for visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland — meaning no analytics cookies are set in those regions. Elsewhere, consent is granted by default. In neither case is a cookie banner shown, because the consent state is set before any tag loads rather than being requested afterwards.
Server logs
Our hosting provider records standard request data — IP address, user agent, requested path, timestamp — as part of serving the site. We don't combine those logs with anything else to build a profile of individual readers.
Links to other sites
Articles link out to retailers and brands. Once you follow one, their privacy policy applies, not ours. Outbound links route through an interim page that names the destination first, so you can see where you're going before you get there.
Your rights
If you're in a jurisdiction that grants data rights and you believe we hold something about you, email hello@dressingtime.com and we'll deal with it. Given what this site collects, in practice this almost always means an email you sent us.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the last-updated date at the top moves. We don't have a mailing list to notify, so the page itself is the record.
